Matt Daniel | President | CEO
Having 23 years of commercial construction, environmental remediation and residential development experience, Mr. Daniel takes pride in being quick to respond, efficient and accurate on critical decisions. His skill sets and responsibilities include operations, project management, risk management, compliance, environmental, scheduling, bidding, site investigation etc.
He has been involved in well over 10,000 commercial room renovations and successfully managed over 1,000 construction and environmental jobs. Mr. Daniel demonstrates strong leadership qualities in order to maintain such a diverse (in response to scope and concurrent projects) workload. He posses an unique ability to identify complex problems while delegating the necessary corrective action.
Mike Whitaker | Managing Partner
Mr. Whitaker has over 12 years of successful sales and management experience in a variety of industries leading to a diverse background. He has always found ways to change and improve productivity, efficiency and quality quickly and when needed.
Mr. Whitaker is involved in sales, estimating & proposals, client relations, project management, client reports, accounting and problem solving. His attention to detail, coupled with great ethics and a goal to leave a client with a perfect product, helps him maintain strong client relationships that last. His belief, as well as guidance, in the core values of Genesis helps to ensure a uniform direction for everyone.
David Daniel | Director
David has more than 40 years in the construction industry/commercial development. As co-founder
and CBO/CEO of Constructors and Associates, Inc., he has been responsible for the construction of over 65 million square feet of construction in over 5,500 projects.
Under his leadership, Constructors won construction quality awards for such Dallas projects as the Stanley Korshak Store and the Crescent Club at The Crescent; Keith Wood Insurance Agency; Apple Computer, Inc. at the Infomart; the Market Center; and the Raymond D. Nasher Company. Major projects: the renovation of the Texas State Capital, Austin and Two Shell Plaza, Houston. Throughout his career, he was also a founder of TEXCO Communications, Inc (an affiliate of PrimeCo; now Verizon Wireless) and has a number of professional affiliate groups that he isassociated with.
