This project consisted of a complete tear out and renovation of a fitness center; following by a 374 guest bathroom renovation. The guest bathroom renovations included refinishing all bath tubs with a non-slip texture, installing new tile tub surrounds, and installing ADA compliant solutions for grab bars. Scheduling adjustments were made throughout the project to account for the hotel’s high occupancy rates. Genesis self-performed this work 100% with our skilled labor force.
